Bladder Chain Algae
Bladder Chain Algae Cystosierra osmundacea
This algae has fern-like basal “leaves” and many series of bead-like bladders on long strands. The living plant grows commonly on rocks in lower tidal zones and as deep as 10 meters along eastern Pacific coastal areas. Bladder chain algae length is aprox. 80cm. Minimum order is 4 strands.
